Training & Education:
• Complete ride around training and Sambazon product and company education.
• Build and maintain continual knowledge of Sambazon's mission and spread that message to customers & consumers in daily activities
Job Role:
• Merchandise and service retail accounts within an assigned territory to maximize the sale of Company products.
• Conduct Product Sampling/Demonstrations on assigned weekends.
• Educated store personnel and consumers
• Identify and communicate individual store issues and opportunities to the appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate schedule.
• Build/Maintain/Create relationships with store personnel.
• Report Daily activity to appropriate personnel.
• Provide support at new store openings and special events
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service
• Valid drivers license without restrictions
• Personal Vehicle in sound operating condition with proof of insurance.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions of the position daily.
• Must reside within the territory boundaries
• Access to land phone line
• 3-4yrs food merchandising preferred
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
• Office out of home
• 15-24 hours/week calling on retail stores and sampling product - A lot of in and out of cars
• Working in retail conditions, building displays, fixing shelves, and pulling stock from the backroom.
• Rare to Occasional ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must have valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must provide proof of auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
