2 Sambazon® Original Smoothie Packs 1/2 Banana 1/8 c Apple Juice
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Scoop into a bowl and top with granola and banana slices.

MANGO-MINT LASSI BOWL
2 Sambazon® Unsweetened Smoothie Packs 1/2 Banana 1/2 Fresh Mango 1/4 c Coconut Milk Handful of Mint Leaves Raw Honey to taste
Get ready to whistle for this lassi. Blend up, scoop up and top with granola, fresh mango, coconut shavings and little bits of mint (just because you can).
FIG COMPOTE + SNACKING PLATE
1/2 - 3/4 c Sambazon® Energy Juice 3/4 c dried Black Figs, chopped 1 tbsp Honey 1/4 c Cacao Nibs 2 tbsp Crystallized Ginger, chopped Dash Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger Dash Sea Salt
NOTE: You can use fresh figs for this, but because of the water content, you’ll end up cooking them down for longer.
In a saucepan, add all ingredients and stir to combine. Over low-medium heat, begin to cook down the fig mixture until it thickens. Stir often, this will take about fifteen to thirty minutes, it really depends on your figs.
Once you have a thick, jam like mix, remove from heat and place in a glass or ceramic container to let cool. The compote will continue to thicken as it cools.
You can serve your compote warm or cold and with a whole bunch of stuff. Try vegan nut cheese, homemade bread, or even add into smoothies and on top of bowls.
2 parts Sambazon® Amazon Energy 1 part Cachaça 1/2 Lime, wedged 1 tsp Raw Sugar
Muddle lime in the bottom of your shaker, pour in cachaça, Amazon Energy, sugar and a healthy handful of ice. Shake up and serve in a glass rimmed with a bit more sugar.
AMAZON HOT CHOCOLATE
1 Sambazon® Original Smoothie Pack 2 oz Dark Chocolate 1 c Non-Dairy Milk 1/16 tsp Ground Vanilla Bean 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon Dash Peppermint Oil Extract or Cayenne (depending on if you want peppermint-ness or spiciness) Honey, Agave or Raw Sugar to Taste
In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon and peppermint/cayenne. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning or boiling.
Once the chocolate melts and things are thoroughly mixed, turn off the heat and add in your smoothie pack. Keep stirring to melt.
Serve it up in mugs and sweeten each cup with honey or sugar to taste.
