Açaí Sauce for Fish-1 Pure Unsweetened smoothie pack – thaw in fridge until defrosted (liquid)
-1 tbsp of butter -1 tbsp of very fine chopped onions -1 tsp of sugar -3 or 4 leaves of mint -Salt and black pepper 1. In a mid size frying pan, fry onions in butter till golden.
2. Add sugar, one pure pack of açaí, and mint leaves to the pan.
3. Mix together and let boil for one minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour over your favorite baked, pan-fried or grilled white meat fish.
