IMPORTANT NOTE: As stated in our shipping policy YOUR ORDER CAN
TAKE UP TO 11 DAYS TO ARRIVE. We ship frozen products (Smoothie Packs,
Bottled Smoothies and Juices) each Monday and Tuesday to ensure arrival
prior to the weekend. Frozen products cannot be shipped outside the US.
***Orders received after Sunday night 11:59pm/12am Monday
Pacific Standard Time, will not ship until Mon., Tues. the following
week. Example: If you place an order for frozen items Sunday night
11:59pm/ Monday morning after 12am PST, you will receive them 9 to11
days later (before the second weekend following the day of your order).
Order Cut off Time: Cut-off time for ALL orders is now SUNDAY at 11:59pm/ Monday 12am Orders
are shipped on Mondays only and will include the prior Monday (12:00am)
to Sunday, Midnight. If you are a business, you will want to place your
orders by the end of business day on Friday.
Order Status: If you have not received your order within the time frame as described in the preceding section: ‘IMPORTANT NOTE’, please use the tracking number sent to you from orders@sambazon.com (Please do not send email to this address) in PDF form. Overseas Shipping: To obtain an overseas shipping quote, please contact us at: shipping@sambazon.com. *** To avoid common international shipping complications, we choose to ship only dry items (dry items are: PowerCaps, PowerScoop & ‘Gear’ (hats, t-shirts, necklaces etc.) outside the continental US.
CANCELLATIONS: If you decide that you need to cancel an order which you've placed via our online store, please contact us immediately by phone at 949.498.8618. We'll do our best to stop/refund your order before it ships.
