2 Sambazon Original Superfruit Açaí Packs
1 frozen banana
1/4 c nut milk
1/2 c coconut cream
2 tbsp honeycomb or honey crisps
Put all your ingredients together in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and thick. Pour into a small dish and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. For the coconut cream, do not shake the can before opening. Once opened, take only the top layer from the can (the cream part, keep the water for another use) and whip it up by hand or with a mixer. When ready, scoop out the Açaí mix into the serving glasses, top with coconut whip and honey comb/honey crisps on top. Enjoy!
