Açaí is so versatile- it can be enjoyed a multitude of ways. In Brasil açaí is traditionally served in bowls as a thick pulp. Since it requires freezing to preserve it’s flavor and nutrients açaí was a natural for smoothies and other frozen concoctions as well as making a full-line of flash pasteurized juices.
