The first time I discovered Açaí bowls was at a cute café nearmy house in Charlotte, North Carolina. Being the foodie that I am, I was instantly intrigued with the beautiful purple color and artistically placed fruit toppings. I had to reproduce this Açaí bowl in my kitchen! Thankfully with Sambazon Original Superfruit Packs, I can easily make Açaí bowls at home and experiment with different flavors.

Ready in less than five minutes, this gorgeous Açaí bowl is made with two Sambazon Original Superfruit Packs, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, chia seeds, a drizzle of agave nectar, and dried rose petals. Açaí is known for its powerful antioxidants, healthy omegas 3,6, and 9, and fiber. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, chia seeds, and rose petals are also powerful antioxidants. Berry Powerhouse Açaí Bowl

Prep Time: 2 minutes | Cook Time: 1 minute | Ready In:  3 minutes | Yield: 1 Açaí Bowl 

Ingredients

2 Sambazon Original Superfruit Packs

¼ cup of Almond Milk

¼ cup of Strawberries

¼ cup of Blueberries

¼ cup of Blackberries

Optional Toppings

Additional Berries

Chia Seeds

Agave Nectar

Dried Rose Petals

Instructions

1. Combine two Sambazon Original Superfruit Packs, almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in a blender.  Blend ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a bowl.  Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, chia seeds, dried rose petals, and a drizzle of agave nectar.

3. Enjoy!

Açaí bowls are literally food art! For a beautiful presentation, line the berries, chia seeds, and rose petals on one side of the bowl. Drizzle the agave nectar on the opposite side of the bowl in a zig-zag pattern.

Omg this stuff is great. I love the blueberry covered with chocolate they are little bites of ice cream heaven the only problem is my grocery store will only have 5-6 boxes and I buy them all I wish food lion would carry them right now Harris teeter is where I get them both stores are close to me.
