Chocolatey & Crunchy Açaí Bowl Recipe
2 – 3 scoops Sambazon Açai Sorbet
- ¼ c Puffed Grain Cereal (like Amaranth or Quinoa)
- Toppings: Granola
- Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs
- Frozen Mixed Berries
- Fresh Banana
- Coconut shreds. Optional
- Scoop of raw cashew butter or coconut butter.
Find a bowl, add a few scoops of Sambazon Sorbet and let it start it thaw for a few minutes. Add about ¼ c puffed grain cereal, stir it together and then put it back in the freezer for about five to ten minutes. Take it out of the freezer, sprinkle some delicious granola and cacao nibs around the side, add whatever toppings are calling your name (definitely get some fresh fruit on there for a different texture sensation), and enjoy!
