How to Make your St. Patty's Day Acai Bowl

SAMBAZON Original Blend Frozen Açaí Superfruit Packs contain antioxidants, omegas 3, 6, and 9, and are a good source of fiber. We recommend using 2 packs of SAMBAZON Açaí and half a frozen banana to make your bowl thick and smooth.

  1. Pro tip: Run your frozen acai packet under warm water to make cutting it open easier
  2. In a blender, combine the SAMBAZON Original Blend Frozen Açaí Superfruit Packs, oat milk, and frozen banana.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, which as a note can take a few minutes.
  4. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Once it is done blending, pour into a bowl and top with the shamrocks, coconut flakes, and edible flowers.
  6. Your Acai smoothie bowl is ready to be enjoyed! Eat it with a spoon and savor the delicious and nutritious combination of flavors.

Instructions (Shamrock Topping):

  1. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt with matcha powder until well combined.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop 3-4 small dots of the matcha yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper.
  3. Using a toothpick, gently draw lines through each dot to create clover shapes. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for a couple of minutes until the yogurt mixture sets.
  4. Once set, carefully peel off the clover shapes from the parchment paper.
