Açaí Popsicles

While we might not be enjoying all of the summer activities that we’re used to this year, I’m still finding ways to enjoy my favorite summer traditions: swimming in the sun, enjoying meals outside, and eating Açaí bowls as often as possible! When I’m in the mood for a refreshing afternoon snack to help me cool down, these Açaí Popsicles made with Sambazon Pure Unsweetened Frozen Açaí Packets absolutely hit the spot!

I don’t know about you, but enjoying delicious Açaí always reminds me of fun summer days at the beach or traveling with friends, and these popsicles are the perfect combination of everything that I love about summer! Not only is Unsweetened Açaí a yummy and versatile ingredient for these treats, but it also contains antioxidants, healthy omegas 3, 6, and 9, and has zero added sugar. Sounds like perfection to me!

Sambazon’s Pure Unsweetened Frozen Açaí Packets are the perfect superfood base for these popsicles. Its beautiful color will make these treats pop in any setting, and it freezes super well after being blended.

Next into the mix will be our bananas. This is the other main part of the popsicle base to add a bit of sweetness and a whole lot of smooth decadence. The simple combination of Açaí and bananas is one that never fails to satisfy!

The last thing we’ll add before blending is a touch of maple syrup. This is totally optional, but it adds a sweet depth to these popsicles that is truly irresistible.

After blending with some water or fruit juice, it’s time to pour our Açaí mixture into the popsicle mold. I would recommend a flexible silicone option for easy serving and cleanup. We’ll make these Açaí popsicles resemble our favorite bowls with a bit of granola and goji berries on top before popping them in the freezer to solidify.

After about 3 hours, your popsicles are ready!
