Strawberries, Cashews & Quinoa Açaí Bowl Pie Recipe

  • 2 Sambazon Original Superfruit Pack
  • 1/2 c frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Raw Cashews
  • ½ c Plain Cooked Quinoa (cold)
  • ½ c Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax or Chia.

How to make it

Blend everything but the Sambazon Superfruit packs. Let your packs sit out for a few minutes, cut in half or cut the top off and break into your blender. Blend it up real thick, pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh strawberries and maybe a few raw cashews.
