Açaí berries are a powerhouse! Açaí has a composition of 19 amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals, and various nutrients. Furthermore, it is abundant in anthocyanins, pigments renowned for their antioxidant properties, which aid in combating bodily stress by neutralizing free radicals. 

Açaí is also a great source of essential fatty acids (omegas 3,6 and 9). In addition to its nutritional benefits, the Unsweetened Pack contains 0 grams of sugar, making it the perfect base for any snack.

For optimal health benefits, opt for a natural product devoid of added preservatives or sugars, or consider crafting your own peanut butter from scratch at home. 


Blueberries are another antioxidant powerhouse that also contains manganese, an important mineral in forming connective tissues and bones. They also contain fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. 


  • 2 packs Unsweetened Frozen Açaí Superfruit Packs
  • 1 banana (frozen for thicker texture)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any other plant milk of choice)


  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Adjust milk for a thinner or thicker smoothie texture.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds (or shredded coconut) and enjoy!
